Our partner integration allows users equipped with ZOLEO™️ devices to share their real-time location directly within the Be Safe – Work Alone Monitoring application. By enabling Location Share+, users gain enhanced safety and peace of mind, as their whereabouts can be monitored remotely, ensuring swift response in case of emergencies or distress situations.

ZOLEO™️ satellite communicators serve as indispensable tools for users operating in areas with limited or no cellular coverage. When traditional communication methods fail due to cellular dead zones or remote locations, ZOLEO™️ devices provide a reliable lifeline. Leveraging the Iridium®️ Communications network, these devices enable users to stay connected via text messaging, email, and even check-in messages, regardless of cellular reception. This capability ensures that users can communicate vital information, request assistance, or simply stay in touch with colleagues or loved ones, even in the most remote and challenging environments.

2. Subscribe to a ZOLEO™️ plan and enable the Location Share+ add-on.

1. Download and fill out the data sharing agreement from Be Safe here.
2. Submit the completed agreement to your Be Safe account manager.

1. Once processed, your ZOLEO™️ device will be integrated with the Be Safe app.
2. Ensure your device is assigned to the correct user in the Be Safe admin panel.

1. Turn on your ZOLEO™️ device by pressing and holding the power button.
2. Activate Location Share+ by pressing and holding the Check-In button for 3 seconds. Wait for the green spinning LEDs and a tone confirming the session start.
3. Once your automatic location update has been successfully sent, your device will emit the successfully sent audible tone and the Check-In LED will begin to double flash.  This indicates that an automatic location-sharing session is active and your shift will have begun.

1. Press the Check-In button on your ZOLEO™️ device.
2. Wait for the green spinning LEDs and a confirmation tone indicating a successful check-in.
3. Once your check-in has been successfully sent, your device will emit the successfully sent audible tone and the Check-In LEDs will no longer spin green.  This indicates that your check-in has been completed and your shift will have been updated.

1. Stop your Location Share+ session.  Press and hold the Check-In button on your ZOLEO™️ device for 3 seconds.
2. Wait for the green spinning LEDs and a tone indicating the session has ended
3. Once your automatic location update has been successfully sent, your device will emit the successfully sent audible tone and the Check-In LED will no longer double flash.  This indicates that an automatic location-sharing session has ended and your shift will have stopped.
